H264/AVC Encoder problem

Hello all,
I use x264 for recording/streaming my videos and its working fine but I'm having problem while recording/streaming with "H264/AVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework". I have attached the photo and my graphic card is "AMD RADEON RX580 4GB"
