Guys, I'm having trouble authenticating my twitch account

I have been using Proxifier software to let obs use proxies and on the first attempt I successfully authenticated my account and went live for a day with everything working.
However, when I created a new profile, my authentication information was reset for no reason, in which case I re-authenticated using the same method as the first attempt.
But then the problem occurs, when I use the Stream > Connect Account (recommended) button, the software stays in this dialog and no connection is available in Proxifier.

(at least 3 connections are used when I open obs normally, which will be bigger in the authentication screen).

I have tried changing my node, changing my rules in Proxifier, and reinstalling obs, but nothing works
And sometimes I can't open the settings page of obs at all, even after restarting OBS and PC.
And usually the only way to close OBS in this case is to use Task Manager.

I can't really find any way to fix this problem.
I hope you guys have some ideas, I appreciate it!

I was about to try to upload my log file, but when I clicked the upload button there was no feedback from the program and no obs connection in Proxifier had an upload stream, which might be a point of concern
