Question / Help Guns flicker/glitch when streaming CS:GO

Title says it. When I stream CS:GO I have no issues with fps or ping spikes, my issue is my gun seems to glitch/flicker most of the time when I switch them and mid-spray. This happened to me on a different computer a year or two ago and I still haven't figured out the problem. Like i said, my fps, ping, choke, loss, etc are all fine when i'm playing as far as i know.

i7-4790k, radeon hd 6870, 8g ram, windows 10 64bit
