Question / Help GTX970 and i7 4790K?

Hi!

I recently upgraded from the 4690k to the 4790k for streaming purpose only. But ive found it that i dont get much better quality than I had before.

My question actually is, wtf is the golden point for non-partnered streams?
I usually stream games such as WoW, dota and csgo.

Running a GTX970, i7 4790K, W10 and i have a upload speed of roughly 10-12mbit/s.
 
Just switching CPUs wont give you any better quality if you use the same settings.
Please provide a log (instructions are in the stickies) so we can see what you're doing :)
