So! as the title suggests i upgraded to a 980Ti from the 680 and for some reason when i even preview with OBS the GPU usage goes freaking ham 80% + which makes my games lag down to 15-20 fps and sometimes even worse.
i've spent 4 infuriating hours reinstalling everything from bios + drivers to the Video drivers for the card is there something with OBS itself i am missing??
