I have been trying to stream euro truck simulator and American truck simulator at 720p 60fps, and my frames in game are fine getting 75 to 100fps on ultra but my obs is keeps droping and the preview is chopping, I am just if i cannot with a gtx 960, i am guessing it is because if i drop my game resolution down to 1280-720 i can stream it but looks like crap on my end and even in the stream.
