Question / Help GTA V + OBS Studio = BUG

Hello, I tried to record GTA V with OBS Studio, I really almost tested everything, changing the number of FPS, changing the resolution etc but nothing to do, I can not save a More than 40fps, and when I put it in 30, it's not fluid at all.
Would you have some advice to get me about this, I'm really fed up, I have a pretty good config that should work perfectly with OBS ...
