Question / Help Grey screen. Sound works.

I get sound but grey screen in vlc when capturing a window.

• I'm using an Intel HD 4600 GPU and there is no other GPU in the computer.
  
• OBS version 0.638b 32 bit.
  
• In the log file there is some mention about "Failed loading CUDA dll", which seems reasonable since I don't have an Nvidia card.

In the sticky thread about black screen it's recommended to use "compatibility mode" in order to avoid the black screen. Where can I find that setting? Anything else that should be checked?

Some more info. I'm trying to capture Quake Live in a window. If I have the mouse cursor in that window it getc captured on the movie file. But no graphics from the actual gameplay.
