Question / Help green window on capture device

Hello, when I add a video capture device and select my web camera , I only get a green window. The camera works fine on facebook live and on other applications. I work on a desktop pc. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance

Are you using an antivirus software like Bitdefender?

If not, try to manually type in a supported resolution & fps in webcam source properties

I use avg antivirus. I tried different resolutions and fps with no luck...

You could try disabling AVG, it has caused some issues in the past
