Green visual for the output of the video

Hi Guys,

I've encountered an issue. whenever I record something using OBS, the output of the video will be a green static visual.
I am not sure about the streaming output, since I only doing some recording to my testing. (I've attached the output file and the log)

Do you guys have any solution for this issue?

Your GPU is constantly crashing. Check for driver updates or contact the laptop manufacturer if it continues, is it not normal for a GPU to crash this frequently.
