Green scrren woes

Finally got my green screen set up
Made a short 3 second video to show the problem I face
Played a bit with camera settings etc
Best I could get was this fuzziness around the edges of subject (hand or face)
and wierdness at edges of background

It's a lighting problem You need to light the green screen as evenly as possible Also have a more diffuse light on you (hand) Might need a light from above too You need to create contrast to separate the subject from the background with no shadows

How did you manage to get yourself to appear so small in frame
and get the image so huge?

and you have an interlace problem !

Do you use DaVinci Resolve or Screenflow?
