Question / Help Green screens in preview and recordings and streams after updating to 24.0.3

After the update I started getting this https://www.facebook.com/112389713511036/videos/428642161173278/ and https://youtu.be/TNy0gBvzhzo . I have tried restarting the PC and OBS and tried deleting and creating new scenes.

Win 10 64 bit AMD Ryzen5 1600 8GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
