Bug Report Green Screen Flickering

So, I been trying to test out recording mine craft while I was recording some weird green flicker happens in obs and also the file that recording was saved.

Here Is A screen shot of it.

Update to AMD beta drivers or use OBS Studio with compatibility mode.
