Question / Help Green records as black

I am using Paint Tool SAI and anything green in SAI records as black. I made sure there are no filters on any of my layers. I deleted the SAI source and redid the source for it and still had an issue with it. This is my last log file and should contain the issue. https://hastebin.com/awudahalic

Right-click over your 'Stream' scene and then click Filters - then remove chroma key filter that applied to whole scene.
