Question / Help Green Boxes with elgato

I'm trying to do some live streams for twitch of my Xbox 360 through Elgato into OBS. but when ever i try to add the Elgato as a video capture device i get a green box. I have looked at other threads and tried the advice there but nothing has seemed to work. Any Help?

Some antivirus programs block video capture devices from working right. That's why I brought it up.
