I'm trying to upload to twitch, is this just a likely issue on Twitches end, that may resolve after a while? I have 2000 plus kb/s during preview mode but when I stream it bounces between 0-700 kb/s and is un-streamable. I have my bit rate maxed at 1800kb/s, 30 fps and bilinear resolution downscale at 1.5. Any help is appreciated .
