Question / Help Great Game Quality! Terrible Recording Quality!

I have followed multiple guides and tutorials to try and record in 1080p @ 60 and 30 fps
The games look amazing when i'm playing it but no matter what I try the recording always looks patchy and horrible
i've added my log from today at the bottom so you can check everything.

If anyone can advise anything or knows what the problem is the help would be very appreciated :)
