Question / Help Gray thumbnail on videos

When I'm creating my videos on twitch, at the www.twitch.tv/syckogamer I have the thumbnail always appearing as a gray image with what looks to be the video "breaking through" on some spots of the gray thumbnail. If anyone knows a way to work around this issue, it would be much appreciated.

It's an issue with Twitch, not the app.
