Question / Help gray miniature Twitch

after recording the stream to twitch a gray preview the movie why? the movie is all ok but only miniature gray. Just as you start to OBS give a black image

Are you using CBR with 0.472? It might be due to that.

0.472b is the latest "stable" version of OBS, which most people are running. It has a bug when you enable CBR (constant bit rate) that causes the first keyframe to not be sent to the server, which Twitch uses to generate previews.
