Question / Help Grapic card and FPS!?

Hi all. i have i5-4670k + gtx275 + 8gb ram. Is my video card bad for streaming or its only CPU work? I can stream LOL in 1080 but i need to framerate cap in game on 60. or i have tons of lags on stream (but in game 200+). Shoud i use FPS cap for games. or in game it can be 150+ and in OBS settings 30/60? Can OBS make 150 fps in game on 30 fs on stream without lags?My stream settings - 1080/3500kbs/-variate bitrate/8 quality.And sry for bad Eng. im Ru streamer.

That GPU is holding you back, yes. It's known to be slow for what OBS needs your GPU for.

Tnx for feedback. So i need to change GPU on high end. to stream LOL and other games without FPS cap? And why i dont have lags in game, (200+fps) and got lags on stream (spikes and fps like 10-15)? Its all about GPU?

That particular series of GPU (GTX 200) is slow for stuff like scene compositing, yes. Thankfully, for LoL you don't really need much more than a GTX 460, but I will mention that a 750 ti is only about 160 USD
