Bug Report GraphicsCaptureHook.dll

I'm trying to install OBS and it says

"Error opening file for writing:
C:\Program Files
(x86\OBS\GraphicsCapture\GraphicsCaptureHool.dll"

If the warning message says it's in use, just reboot and try again.
