Can anyone tell me if my graphics card is adequate enought to run the OBS software? I have an NVIDEA GeForce GTX 650Ti

it all depends on what you plan to do with OBS... But you shouldn't be greedy, we forget 4K, 60 fps. 720p at 24 fps should pass, in H264; we forget the last games
need to do some testing...

OBS is free, download it, install it, test it. your GPU does support NVENC but based on the age of the GPU i can't say how it will perform.
