Question / Help Graphics card?

Hey, I want to stream LoL.

I have a 1600x900 monitor, I can stream at 3500kbps, and my current graphics card is a Geforce GT 620. My current monitor is: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/20-led-hd-m ... &cp=1&lp=4

I was told that was an awful graphics card, and I indeed will have some FPS lag when streaming with it.
What graphics cards do you suggest and what monitors do you suggest (looking into a second monitor)? I'm not on much of a budget but I don't need over-the-top equipment either.

Here is the one I was looking at as I saw it was the most purchased on amazon (card):

yeah gty 760 is a really good "budget" card but dont forget about amds r9 280 or r280x they are unbeatable for the price even the r9 270x is a beast.

then again you should be able to stream 720p30

but since you have that gpu i highly doubt that your cpu is any good.

also dont forget that a gt 620 gets the power through the pci slot that means i doubt your psu is having pci e 8 or 6 pins connector for the power consumption
