Question / Help Graphical Artifacts/Glitches While Streaming

Hi, I have a Razer Ripsaw HD capture card to stream PS4 games. I purchased the capture card a few days ago. Apparently, there's an issue with the device where it has difficulty encoding highly vibrant screens. With Borderlands 3, the sections of any images that are highly vibrant get this graphical glitch at the bottom. It doesn't do that on other games, it happened on PS Store's Borderlands 3's page.

Tried to change the USB, HDMI, everything, it still doesn't work. Using OBS.

Here's a video of the issue: https://youtu.be/N_hIy26TsDg

Specs:
i5-4440
GTX 1050 Ti
8GB RAM

I see this as issue of the capture card and recommend you contact the support of the capture card vendor. The graphical glitch looks like as if it is created by and within the capture card, not by OBS. It doesn't seem the capture card is defective, it's just not working correctly in this situation. On the other hand, you might just try a different hdmi cable, since this is a very easy check and will usually not cost anything.

Created an account real quick just to say: If you somehow are still having this issue, I found a solution. My USB-C cable I was using was an "older" generation. The Razer USB-C Cable, and any USB-C 3.1 Gen2's work flawlessly. I tried them back to back, so it SHOULDN'T be a card/encoder issue. I believe it's a data transfer issue. I hope this helps anyone who stumbles across this!
