Question / Help Graphic Problems

Hey,
since I got my new PC with an AMD Radeon R380 and Intel i5-6500 processor I have a problem with recording games. Because I'm not so good at speaking english I just recorded Minecraft here:
Just ignore the quality of this video the point is it is just flickering (I don't know if that is the right word) sometimes.

In the output settings. If you're in simple mode, you can go with "Indistinguishable" and the encoder of low cpu use.
 
Thanks :) But the quality isnt so good even if I select High Quality. I think this will be fixed when I render the video, right?
