Question / Help Grainy videos when live streaming and recording?

Hi there, Knight Raider here, and whenever I try to live stream, or record just normally I get grainy videos from it, the audio is fine but the video quality not so much. The Open Broadcaster that I'm using is 0.48.018b, the beta one, please would somebody help me out, much would be appreciated, cheers. I also get the same with the stable one, if you need pics of my settings I'll be happy to do so.

Your bit rate is rather low, even for that resolution. If your connection doesn't allow for you to use a higher bit rate and buffer, there's not much that can be done about it.

You are also very limited by your video card, I would suggest upgrading to something that does not have a crippled memory bus.

Alright, so there is no actual boost method at all to make it look a little more smoother? And Cheers for looking at it.

I am afraid you wont be able to stream anything at a decent quality with that upload. Especially if you plan on playing a online game at the same time for example. The minimum upload speed I would recommend to start streaming is at least 1mbit / 125kb/s

With enough CPU power for compression you could THEN do a 480p stream.
Some online games use up to 20kb of your upload, skype and teamspeak also use upload, so your left in the end with at max 40kb :/
