Question / Help Grainy Video when streaming cant figure out why

trying to get as smooth of video as i can the video is smooth when im standing still but the second i start moving it becomes very grainy if anyone can help that would be great

720p60 at 3000 Kbps on the veryfast preset just isn't going to look super clear in a high motion game like CS:GO. If you really want to stream at 60 FPS and can't live with the quality you might try downscaling a little more and see if that's a better balance.
