Question / Help Grainy/Blur when moving while streaming... HALP

I have been messing with settings for days but nothing I do seems to work. Here is my PC:

Bitrate set at 4000 Buffer 4000

When I move the camera when streaming wow it gets blurry and kind of pixelated. I have changed it to 720p and get the same results. My computer should be capable.

Here's a video example very short of me testing it: http://www.twitch.tv/katabolic/b/394287527

I have also tested other bitrates as well but I am using what the estimator suggested. Also, the video really isn't that clear. I've seen other 1080p streams that are extremely clear with same resolution and lower bitrate.

Thanks in advance for the help.

That really doesn't look that bad to me, honestly. You're going to get some blur inherent to the nature of compressing video. You could try using a slower preset, like faster, if your computer can handle it.

First, though, you're going to want to either disable Aero or switch from Monitor capture to Game Capture or Window capture, because Aero + Monitor capture = very slow.

Thanks for the tip. I was just confused with the fact that I've asked other streamers that get super clear picture, with less bitrate and same resolution.

Yeah, 1080p at only 3500 bitrate or so is going to do that in a game like WoW where the full scene is moving a lot. Not really much you can do other than throw more bits at it. However, past 3500 bitrate is where you start having trouble maintaining your connection to twitch, and you get a decent chunk of viewers that will start having issues watching.

You have set 400 bitrate for 720p, a ridiculously low amount. I doubt even 360p would look decent at such a low bitrate.
