Question / Help Graininess in recorded footage

So I'm having an issue when recording footage for some games.
The get EXTREMELY grainy, to the point where the screen is pretty much a collection of large, multicolored boxes.
I've tried messing with the quality balance to no avail.

Any help will be appreciated.

I should note that this only appears to happen for this game (War Thunder), as I haven't had any issues with other games I've recorded.

Can you post your log? Looks like it could be an issue with too low of bit rate, or too fast of a preset.

You're only using 1 mbps for 1080p60, it's going to look terrible unless you increase your bitrate to 3-4mbps. Your system is also struggling to maintain 60 FPS as evidenced by the large number of lagged frames.
