We use OBS for displaying captions for live broadcasts. We've traditionally always done this with CSS, however, as part of a refresh, we have moved all of the graphics over to SVG for the many benefits this has. This works great for the most part, except that gradient transform doesn't work, so unfortunately some of our in/out animations don't work correctly. Most browsers (even Edge) have this support.

Just tested using this example page: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Attribute/gradientTransform
and everything appears to be working properly (if I remove the default custom CSS options). Are you able to provide a reduced test case that is not working for you?
