I have this issue when everytime I initialize the OBS stream, it instantly reverts my GFX card to stock GPU and ram clocks. Wont even allow it to stay on its stock "boost" clocks, much less my OC. It takes the card all the way down to reference card clocks (850mhz) which my card (MSi Gamer 280x) doesn't even come clocked at stock. Heat is no issue as card barely gets to 50c. Power shouldn't be as I can run my OC through any stress test and be fine. Is there some setting I may be missing?
