GPU Overloading Issue for the same settings that previously have worked

In the last month, I could use OBS with these settings turned on, and record gameplay without problems. Yet, somehow, this program decided to change that attitude and for some reason, I recieve a GPU overloading issue every time I record a video.

These were my settings before the GPU Overloading Issues happened:

Yet, those are the settings when I want to record in 4K60 sucessfully, despite the fact that it had previously worked for me:

It's kinda weird, since it worked previously: https://youtu.be/pF7Bob7sDQQ?si=VWmGNNU5LcV4gdt2

This is the video output after having those issues: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHc6IbWLiqE&t=45s

What is your CPU? Some users with AMD platform reported this problem, but never specific NVIDIA GPU + INTEL CPU, I want to find out if this chronic problem is specific to AMD GPU or AMD CPU, or both being chronic to AMD platform, a friend of mine who does live has this same problem.

Sounds like something changed—maybe a driver update, Windows update, or background process spiking GPU load. Try reverting drivers, disabling HAGS, or lowering OBS settings slightly to test.
