GPU overheat on single scene.

Hi! I have a problem with my PC's GPU overheating, but this only happens during a particular scene. It didn't happen before a few weeks ago. Maybe some windows update, I don't know, but the temperature of the Radeon 7600 reaches over 105 degrees making the PC shut down. When I change the scene, the temperature drops immediately. I have set the PC to energy saving, but the result doesn't change. The scene has four elements, an MP3 loaded with the VLC plugin, an upward scrolling GDI text, and two vertical scrolling PNGs.
My PC is a Samsung NP350v5 S09it
I have more complex scenes that don't engage the GPU to the same level.
