Question / Help GPU not supported

Hi,
Using samsung ativ 500T, windows 8.
Installed OBS and getting: "Failed to initialize video. Your GPU may not be supported..."
I uninstalled the graphics driver and it worked. When I reinstalled the latest driver it showed the error again.

Because OBS worked without the driver, I believe it could run.
What should I do?

The integrated GPU on that CPU does not support Directx 10 or higher.

So why does OBS run when I uninstall the drivers?
