Question / Help GPU Load - 25% Idle

Hello!
I already read alot of Threads but don't find a working answer. My GPU uses 25% of my GTX 1070 while idle mode.

I attach my Sensor Stats via picture.

- I already changed my energyoption in the NVidia Control Panel for OBS to Maximum Power.

My friend has the GTX 1070Ti and got 3% GPU Usage while idle.

Can this be reproduced with a new/empty scene collection?
I see, that you created an empty scene for testing, but in your scene collection I see many other scenes, which might include sources that are loaded, even if you activate an empty scene.
 
In a Collection without nothing i have 4% :-/
BUT my question why my GPU need 25% in a clear scene? Yes they are loaded but for my brain in the memory of the GPU? How the GPU render something i don't see?
 
You need to make sure, that the sources from the other scenes were set to "shut down when not visible", otherwise, they all will be loaded and rendered, even if you don't see them.
