GPU for recording - no streaming/gaming

Hi guys, I have a PC optimized for music recording. I have a i9700 with 16GB RM, but just a basic graphic card. While using OBS for the first time, recording with a Logitech StreamCam I noticed a lots of lags.

Do you think I will need to upgrade it in order to run OBS smoothly. At the very minimum inverstment, what will you suggest for recording (no streaming/gaming) with a StreamCam + GoPro at the same time?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Thanks again. I worry that it is indeed the graphic card that I need to upgrade as I reach 80% usage with just a camera recording (I will have two).

Maybe without overkilling you have any ideas which one I consider?
