GPU encoder overload

1. Cap your games at 60 FPS.
2. Uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning. This uses additional GPU.
3. Create a new Scene Collection with 1 Scene and 1 Game Capture source. No filters. Restart OBS so it loads directly to that Scene Collection.

If still having issues after making those, post new log.
 
I reinstalled windows and went back to windows 10. I put my games graphics down by alot.. (they could run on my old system on higher)

I tried to minimize scenes alot. 1 vst filter (Deesser - reaper plugin) ..

When starting i noticed my audio is out of sync by alot. I never had this problem on my old system (RTX 970 gpu)

I read thru the log and it keeps saying "OBS-browser error: cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/comfy.js/dist/comfy.min.js:1 " .. I have NOOOO idea what that is.. xD..

I feel at this point that either

1. I should send my pc back to the shop
2. Go back to slobs.. :(....

What am i doing wrong... And can a gpu encoder be partially broken?
