GPU doesn't record properly

I was trying to setup my settings to work with my GPU again after using my CPU for months. My recordings all save like in the video here https://youtu.be/NKRffZcLJ4I I've got no clue how to fix it or what's causing it

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

This issue has been happening way before I had SE.live installed. Posted about it then and got no solution so it shouldn't be causing it
