hi i have a problem in game with GPU clock drops when OBS is launched (it dont even need to record or stream its happening just when OBS opened (when recording or stream its stills GPU clock dropping too)) (middle side of screenshot)
P.S i checked this on 2 version of portable OBS: 30.1.0 RC-1 and on 30.0.2
When i just playing a game GPU clocks its very stable and always maximum (1935mhz in my 3080ti) (with browser/youtube/discord in background or when its just only a game always stable clocks) (right side of screenshot), but with OBS opened its start go back and forward from 1400-1700-1935 and so on (checked many times)
I have a QuickSync by the way, but like i meantion earlier its happens even without streaming or recording
And its not problem with power limit (checked in GPUZ)
