Hey all can anyone help me. Just want to know exactly what systems settings I need in OBS. I switch basically the recording audio to the mira box as to not get delay I need to switch the mic recording to Mira box. I got the sound and audio, and game play is butter smooth! However, streaming on kick.com gives me differ results. However not sure if the mic working?

Im having a hard time figuring out what settings I need to turn on and off since everything is very technical!

Have a look at the output from the OBS Analyzer..

I will make two comments :
1. Upgrade to a later version of OBS.
2. Record using MKV not MP4.

This may not fix your problem but is a fairly safe recommendation.

I'd say 'belay that'. You have an ancient CPU (for computationally intensive real-time video encoding) and PGU. From recent threads, that old GPU won't be supported in latest OBS Studio (though, you need to check/confirm for yourself, do NOT take my word for it)
2. Record using MKV not MP4.
definitely. always a bad idea for newcomers to ignore big warning about recording to MP4s

with such an old CPU, you will have to become an expert in managing hardware resources (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc). or get much newer hardware
In addition to above, I'd start with dropping to 30fps until you become much more knowledgeable about hardware resource management (including Operating System optimizations for an under-powered system)
