GoPro works on admin account, crashes in standard account

I have a GoPro 13 that works fine in OBS in my admin login but when I switch to my son's login (which is a standard user account) and add the GoPro to the scene it crashes OBS. I've tried running OBS as admin and it still happened. Just starting out with OBS and any help is appreciated. Running on Windows 11.

Please attach the crash report produced on the crash. If there's no crash report then the forced close is caused by a third party plugin or app, like an issue on the gopro app or driver. You should also consult gopro's support.
