GOPRO HERO 9 LAG

Hey guys, just purchased the GoPro Hero 9 for streaming. Unfortunately it seems to be extremely laggy in OBS. Within the GoPro Webcam App there is also a slight delay, but it's smooth on that nonetheless. But with OBS is jittery and laggy. Any solutions on adjusting my settings to fix this?

I have the same issue. Gopro hero 9, updated to latest firmware. Gopro webcam app for Windows, latest update. Using the gopro app preview there’s a slight lag, and with streamlabs OBS it’s even worse
