Question / Help Good upload speed, low bitrate, pls why?

I deal with it anymore really long time, I heard that twitch in favor of some streams. I do not know what's the truth. Please can anyone advise me what to do with it? I send my log. My speed is very fast. i have symetric net 50/50.

Then you should be broadcasting at 720p30 at 2000kbit bitrate.
50fps doesn't offer any benefit.

i can broadcasting only 1100kbit bitrate. But i have upload 46 Mbit so i can broad in speed 3,5 bitrate. if i do it so my streaming buffering. So i can only 1100kbit i don know why

Because ultimately, with your connection's results, it's not your connection that matters.
It's the viewers' connections that do.

i dont know what do you mean? Other streamers not have this problem. and when I try to stream Hitbox or youtube so there is no problem. buffering not sees only my viewers but also buffering me my own stream, when his watchin.
