Question / Help Good specs, still lagging while streaming

These are my specs:

Motherboard : ASUS Z97-P S1150 ATX USB3
Processor : Intel CPU i7 4790K 3,70GHz
RAM : Kingston 8GB 2x4GB
Graphics : ASUS GTX 970 4GB (Nvidia)

I got a issue while streaming. I play CS:GO and CS:GO only and when im playing I am experiencing some small lag that is really annoying. With the specs I got I usually have around 600 fps in-game but when streaming I have 150-250 fps. I will link my settings in OBS. If anyone can help me with this problem I am more then happy to give you a donation in form of a couple of keys in CS:GO or something.

You tried capping your CSGO fps down so that it's not being stupid with system resource use?

CSGO will eat as much cpu time as you'll let it, and it won't play nice with OBS because of it.

Capping csgo to lower fps (ideally your display's refresh rate surprisingly) would actually increase smoothness overall.

What do you mean with "Ideally your display's refresh rate surprisingly"? I don't really follow. Sorry for my retardness...

uninstall razer synapse and also try removing the -high and -threads from your launch options. this will interfere more with the process priority of OBS

I cant really remove synapse since I need my mouse settings, but the rest I can fix
