Question / Help Good setup or NAH?

So i have a new gaming pc and i stream with it but i dont want to use up my cpu power while i play so i dug up my old computer and was thinking about using it as a streaming pc think it can handle the pressure?? its a intel core 2 quad at 2.8ghz and 4 gigs of 1333 ram with a gt 240 i dont think you need this but my gaming pc is a intel core i7 4770k 16gb 2400ram and a r9 290x

meh your gaming rig can do 720p30 without even running into any problem at any given game right now tbh

your 2nd rig isnt really that powerful and it might cause some problems but technically it should be somewhat be able to

So is it worth buying a capture card and streaming with the 2nd computer? Or should I stick with my 1 pc setup and wait until I get a better 2nd pc... Might be never
