Question / Help Good settings for streaming in 720p/30fps?

I am getting new internet Thursday and i am into streaming.

I will have a 30mbps down load and 5mbps upload.

I was wondering what settings i should have to make my stream nice and clear for everyone to see without causing lag when i play online. Also my computer is good enough to handle streaming.

Also if it matters, i will be mostly streaming Dark Souls 2

Also if i choose to do 60 FPS for some reason, what should my settings be?

3000 bitrate should be fairly sufficient for either 30 or 60 fps. You could probably lower it a bit if you wanted for 30 fps, to something like 2500. Otherwise for your system I'd check the estimator: http://obsproject.com/estimator

You can easily do 60 fps in 720p @ 3000kbps no prob. I do it all the time. Just make sure you disable grass in-game if it's moving around, otherwise you'll most likely drop in quality quite rapidly.
