Good settings for recording cutscene/gameplay in 4K 60fps HDR

Hello! First of all I apologize for any spelling mistakes but English is not my language.

However I'm trying to record God of War on PS5, in 4K at 60fps with HDR on.
Unfortunately, I noticed some lag in the first 10 minutes of the cutscene, so without any particular gameplay scenes.
I'm using Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2.
But I'm not entirely sure if it's the playback program that's lag. I'm using windows stock film and tv app.
Anyway let me know if the settings I have are fine or if I need to change them

my monitor is LG 27GL850 UltraGear Gaming Monitor 27" QuadHD Nano IPS 1ms HDR, 2560x1440, G-Sync Compatible AMD FreeSync 144 Hz.

In windows graphic settings, i set Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling and variable refresh rate.

I tried CQP 20 and VBR with 45000 to 65000. I noticed that with CQP, the recording lags for about 1 second at the beginning, while with vbr it doesn't.

I tried with VLC and it works better. In some point with film and tv app the video lag but it doesn't with VLC.
However, the problem of the first second lag remains. There is probably some setting that is not set correctly. I also tried recording with elgato's 4K CAPTURE utility software and it works great. However, I set the bitrate 70000 while with CQP 20 it's around 120000.
