Question / Help Good settings for Local Recording (Youtube)

Hey ! I know i can find alot of "BEST Local Recording settings" But i would like to know good settings for this specs :

CPU : i7 4770k 4.20 GHz
GPU : GTX 780Ti
RAM : 16 GB
OS : Windows 7 Home Premium
Motherboard : Msi Gaming ( Cant remember the whole thing)


And it could be good if the settings was like this : Not too big file size ( My internet sucks )
