Question / Help Good Rig || Terrible Quality?

Hello;

I'm completely baffled to why my stream looks extremely low quality, in both World of Warcraft & PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. In WoW it's extremely blury, and in PUBG it looks as though I'm literally recording with a potato. The one thing I will mention is that previously on my older PC before I upgraded, PUBG looked so much better and was playable, these days it's playable but the quality is just too bad.

Only real issue I see here in that log is:

20:42:44.602: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 3154 (2.9%)

Which is your connection not keeping up with the 6000 bitrate you're trying to stream at.

I see, so what do you recommend Fenrir? 720*60fps // 3500 bitrate?
