Question / Help Good recording settings?

Any good settings I can use to record?

looking at 1080p@30fps and 720p@60fps since I know my PC can't handle 1080p@60fps.

There was this guide I read once on here, was looking for it but I guess is now gone.

1080 60 fps is retarded just do 720 60 for fast games like fps or do 1080 30 for slower games like league and... league

uh...
Put your base resolution as your native resoltion then downscale it to 720/1080
or something.
i dont exactly understand your question but i think this answers it
